I must say, a 10 out of 5 rating if it were possible! The chap who was running the show today was simply brilliant and so understanding with my lad as he got sorted for VR. We're proper gamers, so this spot was like paradise for us. The atmosphere and lighting in the joint were top-notch too. I'd wholeheartedly endorse this place - a solid 100%. My family and I were visiting Fairbanks for a hockey tournament when we stumbled upon this amazing local VR spot. James was fantastic in giving us a tour of the place, which was impeccably clean and cozy. It's the perfect spot for any groups heading to Fairbanks, as they can easily accommodate large parties. I took my grandson and his mate for a spot of VR learning at the Amusement center. Crikey, we had a jolly good time, thank you all so much!! I even forgot me own personal item with no name on it, and those blokes were spot on in looking after each customer - they knew right away it was mine! The best part was when they told me that if I hadn't returned, they were gonna give me a bell the next day to confirm if it belonged to me or not. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The ribbon cutting event was such a blast! My kids had an absolute ball with all the different activities, but they especially loved the haptic experience.

My daughter and her mates had a blast at this amusement center. They enjoyed playing games on their own and in groups. One of her pals was new to VR, and the introductory video was very helpful in explaining the basics in a clear and simple manner. The welcome and safety video was hilarious and relatable for the kids. I was particularly impressed by the top-notch customer service - the owner was present and ready to assist whenever the kids faced any issues. They even provided cold water bottles and wipes in case anyone worked up a sweat. Arctic Sun is an absolute gem for VR enthusiasts. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. I've brought my children, aged 11 and 8, on multiple occasions and we've always felt completely at ease. The range of games caters to all ages and skill levels. One of our favorite activities is teaming up to play an archery game where we take down ogres and elves. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist with any queries. I wholeheartedly recommend Arctic Sun, it's a fantastic place with a great atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness. 10/10!

Ben and Gabe were absolutely brilliant. My lad took part in their week-long educational camp, and it was a smashing experience. They were top-notch with the little ones and always available to address any queries or worries I had. What a cracking time we had! James and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We had a spontaneous change in numbers and they were quick to assist and ensure we had a top-notch experience. As a leader of a youth group, we were on the hunt for some thrilling fun, and boy did we find it at Arctic Sun! Splitting into groups of five, we took turns in the arena fun zone. Our high schoolers absolutely loved it and couldn't stop raving about the hilarious time we had attempting to cook burgers at the VR diner. Our score may have been abysmal, but the amount of fun we had was off the charts. A massive thanks to Arctic Sun for providing us with such an epic experience. The journey all the way from Delta was well worth it. Cheers!
