The folks at the food bank were absolutely splendid, I must say. Despite the chaos caused by the earthquake and the substantial loss of food, they remained cheerful and accommodating. They worked tirelessly to assist everyone promptly, never once losing their patience or warmth. To top it off, they even provided my little ones with a nourishing meal. I simply cannot praise their generosity and compassion enough.

Personally, I've received assistance from this food bank when my family was in need, and have given back whenever possible. If you're able, please consider supporting the food bank - it's a cause close to my heart.

Visited the food bank today after submitting job applications. My family of 7 joined the line around 12:20 PM. I waited patiently with several others on the ramp, but at least 5 people who cut in line were served first. After 40 minutes, a woman came out and, in a rude tone, informed us that supplies were running low because some should have arrived earlier. I glanced at my surroundings and decided to leave. There's no need for rudeness towards those seeking assistance. I won't be seeking help from any church again. It's disheartening to be treated poorly when asking for help. Thank you. - The Stewart's

The staff 'as always been kind and respectful, I am grateful for the free food that 'elps my family. Any complaint to the contrary should be discarded unless it is accompanied by a good plan for improvement or is, at the minimum, a legitimate concern about an issue that can be rectified.
