Martha Cruz (10/10/25, 4:11 AM):
This establishment is a splendid spot to enjoy some physical activity and socialize with fellow enthusiasts.
Nathan James (10/9/25, 8:04 AM):
The staff seemed rather lazy, with no one at the counter to greet me. I thought they were perhaps part of a group and didn't even notice me walking in. There was also a strange smell present. I don't think I'll be visiting this place again.
Roger Kim (10/6/25, 12:38 AM):
Still the only spot for bowling if you ain't a uaf student or a military/dependent. However, things haven't gotten any better.
Carolyn Collins (9/29/25, 9:09 AM):
It's been a while since I last went bowling, but I must say it was a jolly good time! The wait wasn't too bad, and we enjoyed a pint at the pub while we waited.
Diane Ramirez (9/28/25, 7:39 AM):
We must rally together to sustain this haven; it's our last stronghold in this quaint town. It's rather surprising the footfall isn't greater given our limited options.
Arthur Russell (9/27/25, 4:01 AM):
The food staff and bar tender were quite unpleasant, I must say. The shoe rental was a tad pricey; I suggest bringing along your military or student ID for a discount. Despite that, I still managed to have a jolly good time.
Austin Torres (9/26/25, 5:03 PM):
Ah mate, visiting my soldier son all the way from Atlanta to Alaska was quite the journey! We were looking for some good old-fashioned fun, and we stumbled upon a bowling alley. It turned out to be a fantastic way to spend some quality time together. The atmosphere was lively, and the friendly staff made sure we had a great time. I must say, it was an enjoyable experience that added an extra special touch to our trip.
Amy Ortiz (9/21/25, 9:24 PM):
Bowling was a jolly good time! The pins are a bit wonky on some of the lanes, and the machines have a pesky habit of gobbling up balls and giving them a good knocking about. Prices have gone up once more this year, but folks are still enjoying themselves at the local bowling alley. Overall, pleased as punch that it's still up and running for business!
Nicholas Garcia (9/21/25, 9:17 PM):
This bowling alley is definitely showing its age and could use a facelift. Personally, I don't plan on returning. For those in the military, I would recommend sticking to the on-post options. Not only is it more affordable for bowling and drinks, but the facilities are brand new and well-maintained.
Barbara Morales (9/21/25, 9:08 PM):
The prices are a bit steep, and don't forget that you'll need to rent shoes in addition to the bowling fee.
Nicholas Jenkins (9/21/25, 3:34 AM):
My mates and I had a jolly good time at the bowling alley!
Randy Bennett (9/20/25, 10:01 PM):
Had an absolutely smashing time at the bowling alley! The tucker and bevies were delivered lickety-split, and the staff were right on the ball when our lane got a bit wonky. Jolly good fun with the jukebox as well!
Walter Gonzalez (9/18/25, 3:01 AM):
Oh dear, we absolutely must have some tunes, music is what we need! Any kind of music will do, just give us some good ol' MUSIC!
Larry Rodriguez (9/15/25, 7:23 PM):
I called ahead two weeks ago to inquire about their food offerings, and the lady on the phone informed me that they did not serve food. However, upon my arrival, I was met with a rude reception from the lady at the front desk who seemed unwilling to provide any explanations. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service were evident. When I requested the bathroom key, she refused to hand it to me and instead instructed me to fetch it myself. Her dismissive attitude and eye-rolling responses to my queries left me with a less-than-pleasant experience. It's safe to say that I will not be returning to this establishment in the future.
Tyler Miller (9/15/25, 7:14 AM):
The grub was fab, and my server (Jackie) was absolutely brilliant.
Allison Hill (9/15/25, 6:51 AM):
I must say, I had a jolly good time down at the old bowling alley. Managed to knock down 5 strikes in my very first game! Quite the impressive feat, if I do say so myself.
Sophia Ramos (9/13/25, 4:55 PM):
Had a jolly good time celebrating my birthday with a colleague at the bowling alley. It had been ages since either of us had a go at bowling, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Cheers!
Charles Richardson (9/13/25, 2:54 AM):
Fantastic bowling experience with top-notch service. The atmosphere is truly welcoming! And let's not forget the scrumptious snacks at the snack bar!
Theresa Flores (9/9/25, 10:43 PM):
On the dear side. A bit pongy. The lass on shift wasn't too chipper. It took a good five minutes to sort out the contraption.

We shelled out for two rounds with the promise of a gratis third. But then she mentioned that's solely valid Monday through Thursday, and it was, alas, Friday. Keep in mind, we were the sole souls present aside from the league players...

One would reckon adding an extra game would have been no big bother, aye?

Next occasion we fancy dropping $25, we'll opt for a flick instead... At least it'll stretch out longer than 50 minutes. SMH.
Johnny Sanchez (9/9/25, 1:58 PM):
I popped into this establishment a couple of days back to drop off my resume and have a crack at bowling. I had the pleasure of meeting the alley's owner, Doreen Holan, who was a gem. She graciously allowed me to use two lanes and play following league regulations by switching between them after each frame at no extra cost. The fee was $13.00 for three games (excluding shoe rental,) which struck me as quite reasonable in Alaska. I'm looking forward to meeting an employee named Norma Herrera-Holloway, with whom I've been in touch via Facebook Messenger.

The only drawbacks I'd point out about this spot are its slightly worn-out look, though that seems par for the course in Alaska. Also, it might pose a challenge for beginners, kids, or folks still finding their bowling feet as there are no bumpers on the lanes.
