I absolutely adore this church. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Pastor Judy managed to link me up with someone who could offer me guidance during a challenging time, and they also offer fantastic assistance to those in need by providing food. I have found myself attending on several Saturdays ever since my husband departed.
Chloe Martin (4/26/25, 7:01 PM):
We offer complimentary food every Saturday, and our church is a sanctuary for those seeking solace and support. Our compassionate community is always ready to lend a listening ear and provide assistance to those in need.

Andrew Gray (4/20/25, 2:28 PM):
This is and always will be, my favorite place to be... Living in Christ, Living In Victory

One can truly feel the spirit of God among His followers. Pastors Gary & Faye Whetstone have devoted their lives to authentically embodying Christ in all aspects of their lives, showing love and compassion as Jesus did, and guiding people towards the cross so that all may come to understand... "The Abundant Life through Jesus Christ is accessible today"!!!
Bobby Hughes (4/20/25, 6:01 AM):
I reckon Minister Gary is a fine preacher, though the other ministers could do with a bit more focus. I'd fancy seeing a tad more order and organization in the house of the Lord - too many folks chattering and bustling about while service is underway. The church ought to be solely for worship, centered on God rather than events or excursions. Keep spreading the word, Pastor Gary, and may the Lord grant your ministry the structure it needs. God bless!
Raymond Phillips (4/17/25, 9:12 PM):
A church that upholds the value of providing for the underprivileged!
Willie Rivera (4/16/25, 8:10 AM):
I frequented this church during my short stint living in Delaware. Having arrived in town knowing no one, I was warmly embraced as part of the Victory family from the get-go. I truly felt at ease and convinced that my path had led me here for a purpose. The worship experience was outstanding, the teachings were deeply grounded in scripture, and the congregation exuded warmth and hospitality. I wholeheartedly endorse Victory if you are seeking a spiritual home.
Jeremy Foster (4/14/25, 1:39 PM):
I 'ad th' pleasure o' bein' invited t' visit Victory Christian Fellowship. It 'as been o'er 20 years since I last stepped foot in this ministry. Not much 'as changed, new faces but th' same vibe. This ministry 'as 'ad a consistent 80% black membership, with th' remainin' 20% bein' of other nationalities.

The Overseer an' Founder Pastor Emeritus Gary Whetstone sent a video message t' th' congregation, afore 'is daughter an' current leadership Pastor Laurie Whetstone-Idahosa delivered 'er own message.

There be numerous Humanitarian an' Evangelism efforts takin' place 'ere, includin' th' Daughters of Esther, Marriage Ministry, Singles Ministry, Celebrate Recovery, Youth an' Kids programs, Media & Arts, an' Heart for Humanity that distributes food t' those in need.

Thar be a plethora o' activities caterin' t' both th' spiritual an' th' natural needs o' th' members. No matter where ye find yerself in life, ye won't feel left out or isolated 'ere.

Furthermore, they 'ave added Zoom sessions fer th' sick an' shut-in, or those who be too far away t' attend in person. This ministry 'as been a stable an' solid blend o' diverse cultures in th' First State fer decades.
